There's no limit. We've caught up books that were two, three, even five years behind. We start with a catch-up engagement to bring everything current, then transition into the regular monthly cycle. The catch-up is typically quoted separately based on volume and complexity, but we won't turn you away for being behind — that's exactly when you need a bookkeeper most.
Both. We're certified Xero advisors and experienced QuickBooks Online users. If you're already on one platform, we'll work in it. If you're starting fresh or considering a switch, we'll help you choose the right one for your business — and handle the migration if needed. We do not work in QuickBooks Desktop or other desktop accounting software.
Bookkeeping is the ongoing process of recording and categorizing financial transactions — the day-to-day work that keeps your books current. Accounting involves interpreting those numbers: preparing tax returns, building financial forecasts, advising on business structure, and strategic financial planning. We do both. Our bookkeeping service keeps your records clean, and our CPA team is available for the higher-level advisory work when you need it.
It depends on your transaction volume, number of accounts, and complexity. We provide a flat monthly rate after a discovery call and detailed review of your existing setup — no hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
Not if you work with us. We're a full-service CPA practice — we handle bookkeeping and tax preparation under one roof. That means your tax preparer already has your books, there's no data handoff, no duplicate onboarding, and no "your bookkeeper said X but your CPA said Y" confusion. Most clients find it's actually cheaper to bundle both with us than to manage two separate firms.
