Your Zoho Stack Was Built by Someone Who
Understood Software, Not Accounting.
We do the accounting inside the Zoho Books you already run: opening balances corrected, subledgers reconciled to the general ledger, and the monthly close done in your system rather than shadowed in ours.
The Challenge
Your implementer answered "is it working?" The question nobody asked was "is it right?"
A consulting partner set up your Zoho Finance suite competently, or you set it up yourself. Either way, the person configuring the software had never closed a month. The system runs. The numbers are a different question.
- A chart of accounts designed by someone who has never had to file from it
- Subledgers that quietly stop agreeing with the general ledger, and nobody finds out until something has to be filed
- Multi-currency configured in a way that looked sensible at the time and is not
- Intercompany balances between related entities that never quite clear
- Costs landing in whichever account was closest, so the profit and loss stops meaning anything
- Nobody to ask whether cost of goods is flowing correctly, or whether billing reconciles back to the books
- Opening balances corrected after a half-year of transactions that never tied out
- An accounts receivable ledger reconciled against Zoho Books, with every difference run down and explained
- Multi-currency and intercompany payables across related entities, reconciled every month
- Costs recoded to the right account, project and department, so the profit and loss reports what actually happened
- Contra invoices handled properly, where customer payments offset service-provider invoices and mis-tracking silently unbalances accounts
- The month closed inside your own Zoho Books, not rebuilt in our system and handed back
What's Included
The accounting your system has been missing.
We are not here to rebuild your software. We are here to make the numbers inside it true, and then keep them that way. The first part is a project with a scope. The second is a monthly rhythm. Most clients need both, and they are quoted separately.
How We Get Your Zoho Books/Finance Right.
Review
We look at how the system was built before we close a single month in it. Chart of accounts, transaction flow, and where the subledgers and the general ledger have drifted apart.
Correct
Opening balances, misposted costs, duplicates, and whatever the historical cleanup turns up. We fix the foundation before we build a reporting cadence on top of it.
Reconcile
Receivables to the ledger, multi-currency, intercompany balances between related entities. Every difference explained rather than plugged.
Close
Monthly close inside your Zoho Books, on a rhythm, with financial reporting you can actually make decisions from.
A CPA firm that speaks both languages.
Zoho consulting partners are implementers rather than accountants. Accountants are overwhelmingly QuickBooks and Xero people who have never opened Zoho Books. Fixing a Zoho file needs both at once, and almost nobody sits at that intersection.
Zoho Finance Partner
We are a Zoho Finance Partner, listed in Zoho's accountant directory, a short and genuinely specialized list of firms that work in the platform. We already know your system inside out, so your engagement goes straight to the accounting from day one instead of starting with us getting up to speed on the software.
Licensed, not just certified
A platform credential says somebody knows the software. A CPA licence says they can advise on tax, sign a return, and represent you before the IRS. We hold both, and the licence is the one that is hard to get. If your books are wrong, the consequence is a filing problem, and that is CPA territory.
We work in your stack, not ours
No migration, no parallel set of books, no monthly export into software you do not have a login for. We often work alongside the partner who implemented your system rather than replacing them. They built the software; we own the accounting.
Zoho Books Accounting in Sugar Land, TX
We work with Zoho Books clients across Sugar Land, Fort Bend County and Greater Houston, and with businesses well outside it, because the work happens inside your system rather than across a desk. If you want the local picture, see our Sugar Land CPA page. If you want to know how the relationship actually runs day to day, how the engagement works covers documents, contact and the first few weeks.
