Where the work happens

We work in the system you already run.

Most firms move clients onto their own system: a migration, a rebuilt chart of accounts, or a second set of books you never really see. We skip all of that. Whether your business runs on Zoho Books, Xero, QuickBooks Online (QBO), or the full Zoho suite, we do your bookkeeping, cleanup, and reporting inside the software you already use. You work in the environment you already know and control. Nothing gets migrated. There's no duplicate ledger, and no part of the work happens outside your platform. Your software stays exactly the same. What changes is the accuracy and consistency of the work being done inside it.

The platforms we work in

The software is the toolset. The upgrade is having a licensed CPA working inside it.

Xero Silver Partner

Xero

Many of our clients arrived through the Xero advisor directory. Certification proves someone knows the software; it does not make them a CPA who can plan your taxes or represent you before the IRS. We are both.

How we work in Xero

QuickBooks Online

The default, and we work in it. Whether you want the file you already have kept properly, or you have outgrown it and want to know what moving would involve, both are fair places to start.

The part that happens between the tools

An accounting platform is almost never the only system a business runs. There is payroll, a payments processor, maybe a point of sale, an expense tool, a CRM. Accounting sits at the end of all of it, and at most firms a person re-keys the results by hand at the close of every month.

We build and maintain the integrations instead. When a client is setting up financial operations from scratch, the stack we deploy is Xero, Zoho or Digits for the accounting, and Gusto for payroll. The unusual part is not the tools. It is that we engineer the connections between them, so data arrives rather than being typed in twice.

That is a software engineering job as much as an accounting one, and it is why the platform question matters more here than it does at a traditional practice. Your books are only ever as clean as the data flowing into them.

Will you make me switch?

No.

Migration is a service we offer when there is an actual reason for it, usually a business that has outgrown QuickBooks Online or a Xero implementation that needs rebuilding rather than patching. It is a project with a scope and a price, not a condition of working together.

If your system is serving you, stay on it. We will come to you.

What the work looks like, whichever platform you are on

Books get closed monthly instead of annually, so your tax position is worked out during the year rather than discovered in April. A named CPA knows your file and is reachable when something changes.

The platform decides where that happens. It does not change what you get, and it does not change what you pay, because pricing is set by the volume and complexity of the work rather than by the software it happens in. The published ranges are the same either way.

For the rest of the picture, how the engagement actually runs covers how documents move, who you talk to, and what the first few weeks look like.

The bottom line

The accounting system is simply the starting point. What matters is whether someone with real accounting judgment is inside it, closing your months correctly and monitoring your tax position throughout the year.

If you already know which stack you are on, start there: Zoho Finance and Books or Xero.

If what you actually want is for someone to look at what you have and tell you honestly whether it is set up correctly, that is a conversation rather than a page. Bring your last return and access to your books, and we can usually tell you fairly quickly what we would change.

FAQ

Questions about platforms

No. We work inside the platform you already run, whether that is Zoho Books, Xero or QuickBooks Online. Migration is a service we offer when there is a reason for it, never a precondition of the engagement.
We work inside your Zoho stack rather than pulling your data out into something we prefer, and the firm is a Zoho Books Partner listed in Zoho's certified advisor directory. The work runs from ordinary monthly close through to the harder cases: multi-currency, intercompany balances between related entities, and subledgers that have stopped agreeing with the general ledger. Moving you to something else is not the plan and never has been.
Yes, and it is one of the more common ways an engagement starts. We look at how the system was built before we start closing months in it, because a clean close on a badly structured chart of accounts produces tidy numbers that still mean the wrong thing.
Usually not. They built the software, and that is a different job from checking the accounting. We often work alongside an implementation partner rather than in place of one, and partners refer work to us for exactly this reason.
No. Fees are set by the volume and complexity of the work, not by which software it happens in. The ranges are published on the pricing page.
Ask. Accounting judgment transfers between systems more readily than software fluency does, so the answer depends on what you are running and how much of the work would have to happen outside it. We would rather tell you plainly that it is not a fit than take it on and do it badly.
No, and the difference matters. A platform credential says someone knows the software. A CPA license says they can advise on tax, sign a return, and represent you before the IRS. We hold both, and the license is the one that is hard to get.
